School of Business Management

Dr Fauziya Karama, OGW is a Lecturer and the current Head of Department (HOD) for the School of Business, RAF International University. She is a dynamic and results-oriented leader. She has taught at various Universities in Kenya. She also sits as a Council Member at Kaimosi Friends University College, Kenya. She is a member of the Audit Committee with the Ministry of Education. She worked with Telkom Kenya in different leadership positions including Network Planning & Design, Sales & Marketing, Process Management, Quality, Internal Audit and Call Centre Management. Also served as Board Member for LAPSSET Corridor Development having served 2 terms and was the Chair for the Audit & Risk Committee. Her qualifications are PhD in Governance & Leadership, MBA in Management & Human Resource Management, and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. She has undergone training in lead auditor, COPC (Internal Customer Service, Project management Professional (PMP) and corporate governance. She is also a professional member of Management and Marketing.
