Yes you can, you just need to inform that you are joining in september and not in may as anticipated. Admission fee is payable once and hence you will not repeate

Yes but the quorum for the specific program you are undertaking must be met if not you will be transffered to the main campus.

Degree is 4 academic years(8 semesters), Diploma is 2 Academic years(4 semesters) and certificate is 1 academic year(2 semesters)
